About The Artwork
The painting is 8” x 10” acrylic on a wooden panel finished with one layer of gloss medium. The gloss medium is then subdued with steel wool and polished with cold wax medium giving it a luster similar to a polished stone. The frame extends .75” past the painting. This painting comes framed in an unfinished wooden frame and is wired and ready to hang. FRAME IS INCLUDED.

After 25 years in Los Angeles, CA, I am an artist now based out of South Carolina. Though I studied art in college at Georgia State University and Otis College of Art & Design in Los Angeles, I am mostly self-taught. As an artist, everything to me is form, color, movement and balance. My inspiration comes from all mediums: books, videos, film, nature, my dreams and thoughts in my quiet moments. Painting was the natural progression from drawing. I work on both small and large scale canvases, creating both abstract and figurative works. I have had numerous group shows, with my work found in public and private collections around the world.
