Fish Dish is a wry comment on the global food industry - an oversized fish supper for the digital age. The whole image (including the virtual frame) is printed directly onto the back of a 1/4" thick sheet of clear acrylic using Epson's K3 archival pigment inks. The image is the art - it doesn't get any more crystal clear than this! The high gloss of the acrylic sheet complements the rich colors of this vibrant contemporary image. Materials used one large goldfish, one virtual dinner plate (oval), a computer, one large sheet of acrylic, light, silver, impeccable craftsmanship, dedication, blood, sweat & tears. Framing The virtual framing concept looks exactly as it appears in the listing photographs - including the 'reflections' and the 'shadows'. The image and its frame are a single sheet of acrylic. This image can also be supplied without a frame for those who prefer to handle the framing themselves. A signed hand-written label for the back of the print is included.
