I was inspired by the Robert Filliou's artwork titled "La galerie légitime" (1964), a "commercial art gallery created in a brain of anyone, signed by a hat. What do you hope its viewers will feel/think? I hope viewers understand I am creating a collection of oil paitnings for The Davis Museum in Barcelona. This painting titled "La galerie légitime #5 (Paitintings) is a kind of joke of a joke. It is a kind of criticism about the "La galerie légitime" by Filliou. Why did you choose the medium? 
I chose the oil painting on canvas because it is a very sophisticated and durable technique. They can withstand in good condition for centuries. For this reason, I only use the best material: linen, Blockx essence of turpentine and linseed oil and Old Holland oil paintings.
