Viability Painting

Apart from being an artist, I am a certified psychic medium. A medium is an individual acting as a channel of communication between the earthly world and a world of spirits/energy. In art, medium refers to a mode of artistic expression or communication. My art utilizes visionary motives, mixing fairytale style and classic romanticism with modern realism and abstract, to express the collected human experience. Inspired by life, personal experience and the process of awakening to present awareness, I combine the tangible of this world with the spiritual realm, working to create art that captures that which connects us. It is my belief that the world around, or external to us, need not always be the one real and true reality - that there is something more beyond that visible for the eye. Art, in many different shapes and aspects, holds a deeper significance to me which involves the lesser known parts of reality - a means of further exploration. I have spent a long time utilizing artistic expression to explore spirituality. By now, I rarely search for answers outside of myself, having learnt that the answers that I truly need can be found deep within myself. Methods: My artistic journey started with sculptural as well as fine art painting. Over the years I became more curious about the tremendous opportunities of painting, exploring further techniques with a long-lasting preference for oil on canvas. Nowadays I’ve completely switched to the magic world of painting, mixing different techniques and constantly finding new ways to work with my paintings.
