About The Artwork
The painting records one of the highlights of my visit to Sydney in 2014. I observds an apocalyptic electrical storm, from the comfort of my apartment, accompanied by a very nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. The rain lashed down, the palm trees bent double, the lightning was pink. This is my impression of the experience.
